D/a,

This is w.r.t the discussions held in meeting on 12.05.2017 regarding voting your choice on proposed change in BTP transportation. Last date for voting would be 31^st May 2017. Effecting date will be 1^st of Jul 2017. As discussed, we will decide on the way forward based on the choice of majority. Pl do not vote for more than one choice, same will not be taken into consideration.

Option 1:             All the existing buses (AC & Non AC) will be changed to Brand New AC (Volvo) @ Rs. 4885/- per pass. Employees can use this pass for outside Volvo buses also. We will try to maintain around 40 to 46 routes depending on the registrations. Individual users will have to pay in advance for the pass and companies will have to confirm the required number by 25^th of previous month. Passes will be issued by 30^th or 31^st of previous month.   

Option 2:             All the existing buses (AC & Non AC) will be changed to Good condition Ordinary Pushpak @ Rs. 2890/- per pass. Employees can use this pass for outside ordinary buses also. We will be able to run around 30-33 routes as per prevailing registrations (can be increased if the registration increases). Individual users will have to pay in advance for the pass and companies will have to confirm the required number by 25^th of previous month. Passes will be issued by 30^th or 31^st of previous month.

Option 3:             There will be no change in existing service. We will continue with Volvo AC @ Rs 5730/- and Ordinary at Rs 3450/-. Number of routes will be reduces due to fall in registrations last month.

Note:     Companies - For option 1 & 2 companies will have to give mail confirmation on fixed number of users for 3 months. Any decrease in number in the interim will not be accepted, increase can be accommodated!

Individual users - Passes cannot be issued to those without confirmation/payment in advance. Payment once made cannot be refunded for any emergency reason!
