This is to inform you that, route no. 206 and 206A will be extended up to Jumbo Savari Dinne and the existing route no. 31 will be cancelled. We request you to attend the meeting to be held on 12th September 2012, between 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Bagmane office, lake view building, 'A' block 8th floor.

kindly attend the meeting to discuss the above.

Any quires please discuss in the meeting and it will be decided in the meeting.

Please inform all your associates who were traveling in route no. 31, 206, 206A, 4, 4A & 4B.

Hi,

The following list of people who commute to BTP using BTP shuttle Route# 31 are facing inconvenience while going back after 5:15 in the evening.
Since there is only 1 bus provided which starts from BTP at 5:15. There is no bus after 5:15 which goes till Jambu savari Dinne.

BTP shuttle route # 206 which starts from BTP at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm do go till RBI Layout.

Those who leave office after 5:15 don't have proper reachability to areas like Gouravnagar, Kotthanoor dinne, BK Circle, Jambu savari Dinne.

All of us used to take BTP 206 to reach half the way i.e., till RBI Layout. But, from there we need to take some other transportation like BMTC or Auto rickshaws to reach our respective places.

I kindly request on behalf of all the below mentioned people to kindly extend Route # 206 and 206A till Jambu savari Dinne stop.

The Bagmane Public Transport in charge will be visiting our facility on  31st August 2012 (Friday) to issue BTP monthly bus passes of September 2012.

The Transport charges have to be paid by Demand Draft made in favor of "Bagmane Realtors Pvt. Ltd" to the visiting Bagmane Transport team at Dell5.

Those who miss collecting the bus passes on the issuing day at Dell5 may visit Bagmane Escape Mall and buy the passes at Corporation Bank (1st Floor between 10.00 am and 3.00 pm) counter by paying only cash.

No cheque will be accepted by Bagmane team and Corporation Bank for long and short routes.

Location: Dell-5 - Bagmane Facility, "Chamba Team Room" at  8th Floor.                   
Time: 10 .00 AM to  01.00 PM
Date:  31st August 2012

Bus pass charges as below:
Amount :     Long Routes        :  Rs.1700.00/-
        Volvo Routes      :  Rs.2835.00/-
        Short Routes       :  Rs.1160.00/-

Note: The old pass has to be returned compulsory at the time of collecting new pass.
                               
If you are not able to collect the pass in person, please drop the Demand Draft in the Drop Box kept at Dell5 Reception on or before 10.00 AM 31st August 2012, we will collect the pass and hand it over to you.

Note:

·         The Volvo bus pass ID card Rs.100/-  extra to be paid by cash to BTP SPOC (one time, valid till 3years)

·         To apply to BTP Volvo bus pass, fill the attached ID card form and provide 2 stamp size photos to BTP transport SPOC who comes for bus pass issuing

·         BTP Volvo bus pass is valid to travel in public buses (BMTC, Pushpak, Volvo), except  BIAL and other Tech park busses.
