Dear All,

As discussed in the meeting, in route no. 20 these three drop points will  be skipped ( NGV, Bethany school and Vinayaka Temple) at 5:30 PM drop. As there is only 3 to 4 employees getting drop in this place and its affecting other 20 employees travelling in this route. We request all the employees who were getting dropped in this points to kindly cooperate.

This changes will be effective from 12-12-12 onwards.

Subject: Regarding bus route of BTP-20

Hi Rudresh,

This mail is in reference of our discussion yesterday regarding route of BTP-20 in the evening. Some time back, the route of this bus was changed to take a left from Sony world signal to NGV and take a loop back to the mail road. This stretch is approx 2-3 Km long but takes bus 30 mins for the bus to reach back to main road . Please note that on the loop back, there is no signal which causes a huge traffic jam and at times it took us 40-50 mins just to cover this 3 km stretch.

Earlier our commute to BTM used to be 1.5 hr but this new addition to this route has increased it to 2 hrs and more which is causing frustration to the other 20 passengers who get down the bus after the NGV loop. We fully understand that this route is a requirement for 2-3 people  who get down at NGV but it is not right  to penalize the other 20+.

We all the people in copy of this mail (some emails may be wrong as they were not readable on then paper we circulated) request you to please reconsider the route of this bus and provide us some relief by sending it straight towards BTM instead of making it go through NGV.

Please understand that we do not have issues with 2-3 people who need to get down  at NGV and we cannot discuss this directly with them to avoid other issues. As manager of BTP service, we wish you to find a solution and help all of us asap.

Request all the people in copy of this mail to voice your concerns and anything else I may have missed mentioning.
