As per the information received from the BMTC, the buses can't be operated tomorrow also, since the Govt. has not come for any negotiations with the employees. Hence buses may not be operated tomorrow also.

Subject: BMTC strike on 25-07-2016

Dear All,
Kindly be informed that, due to strike called by BMTC Unions on 25th Jul 2016, there are chances of BMTC services getting disrupted. In view, BTP BMTC service will not be available on 25th. We are pushing BMTC authorities to run this service, about which they have assured that this service would be available unless their dialog with the govt authorities does not go off-track.
To compensate the loss on 25th we have proposed BMTC to provide service on 30th Jul (Saturday). Please confirm if the same is required.
Short route and shuttle service will be available as usual.

            This is to keep you informed that, on account of Ramzan most of the companies in BTP have declared holiday on 6th July 2016.

So there will be only one pickup in the morning and one drop in the evening (1730hrs).

There will be no changes in Volvo service, Volvo buses will be operating regularly.

Metro Feeder and short route buses will not be functioned.

Route no. 111, 43 & 47                                  :          These routes will be discontinued (Volvo-111 only 2-3 users. 43 and 47 low occupancy after introduction of metro).

Route no. 106, 9, 25, 38 & 38A                     :          Route Diversions (changes as per attached xls).

Route no. 22B                                                 :           Morning pickup will be discontinued.
