Dear All,

On account of Bakrid, most of the companies have declared holiday on the 25^th Sep 2015. Only couple of companies are observing holiday on 24^th Sep 2015.

Accordingly, BTP BMTC service will be available as usual on the 24^th. On 25^th only one pick up and one drop will be provided as per the attached xls.

Note:   Drop time would be at 1800hrs. Volvo and Short route buses will not be operated on 25^th of September 2015.

This is to keep you informed that we are introducing swiping machine to disburse BTP BMTC bus passes with immediate effect. This facility would be available apart from the existing Corporation Bank DD system. Individual buyers those who wish to avail this facility may call on 8970653109 (for this month).

For next month passes we will promulgate a schedule, building wise w.e.f 27^th Sep 2015. Interested employees need not go to the Bank to get these passes but the same will be delivered at your door steps thereafter. All Debit/Credit cards will be accepted.  

Rate of the passes will remain the same…

This is to inform that on account of Ganesh Chathurthi on 17^th of September 2015 most companies have declared holiday. In view of the same we are not operating all the routes on that day. Only Volvo buses will be made available for one pickup in the morning (as per the attached list) and one drop in the evening (only at 1730hrs). Employees with Long route passes can also make use of this facility for this particular day!

This is w.r.t subject matter. We are receiving regular complaint from the bus users of route no. 19 stating that regularly this bus reaching BTP by 9:40 or after that. In view of the same we have pre-poned the timings by 10 min.

This is to keep you informed that, there are some proposals for change in BTP route no. 10, 21, 24, 33, 34 and 45.

Route no. 10 & 21      :           Morning pickup time will be changed. (Login is getting delayed due to traffic jam every day)

Route no. 45               :           This route has been renamed from 45 to 22B and extended to Devi Nagar (as per many of the employees request).

Route no. 24               :           This route has been renamed from 24 to 23A and routed via Kalyan nagar (ORR) instead of Kammanahalli Jalvayu Vihar. (as per many of the employees request).

Route no. 33               :           This route has been extended from Nandini Layout to Laggere Bridge ORR.

Route no. 34               :           This route starting point has been changed from Laggere to Nandini layout.

The change in timings and routes are attached.

These changes will be effective from 1^st of July 2015. Further any changes required please let us know by 18^th June 2015.

This is w.r.t subject matter…

Lately we had changed the timing of route no 33 from 1930hrs to 1800hrs basis complaints of standing in 1730hrs route. Below is a mail from users of 1930hrs complaining about this change. Presently we are operating route no 32, 33 and 34 at 1730hrs, 1800hrs and 1830hrs respectively. Accordingly we are getting reports of standing in 1730hrs route and there is request for change in timing for 1800hrs to 1930hrs. Basis inputs received from some regular users and the BMTC staff, we are planning to revise the timing for all three routes during Logout as mentioned below…

Effecting date of change will be confirmed by EOD tomorrow.

Hello Rajesh,

There is a change in the bus routes quite often and something needs to be done. As you are aware in Volvo we need to mandatory clock in 9.5 hours of work .  The earliest bus reaches Bagmane only by 9 am and the latest bus in the evening is at 6.30 and the only alternative left is the 7.30 bus which will not be there from June 1^st.

Request you to please address this  issue to Rudresh on behalf of Vovo employees and ensure that we have a bus commuting at 7.30.

We use this bus at 7.30 pm regularly.

Please consider :

The reason for route change being bus getting overloaded at 5.30 pm .

Please note that there is still an alternative at a later time for commuters using 5.30 pm  bus.

But we are left we no option after 6.30 pm. At that hour it becomes difficult for commuters specially women to take other mode of  transport on long routes.

We request you to kindly have a Drop bus for the route considering the drop points or reconsider the route with all the above mentioned drop points at 7.30 pm .
