There will be a small change in our below proposal. Instead of drop at Vivekananda Station in the evening, we will be dropping employees at Baiyappanahalli Station; same is considered basis feedback of not getting empty seats at Vivekananda Station.

Subject: Increase in frequency of BTP Metro Feeder Service

In view of new service by Namma Metro from Nayandanahalli to Baiyappanahalli, we have plans of increasing the frequency of BTP Metro Feeder Service from Baiyappanahalli Metro Station to BTP. Accordingly from the 9th of May 2016, we will have this service available for every 20 min (as against 40 minutes earlier) as per the attached list. Basis feedback and our assessment, following changes would be initiated to improvise this service from coming Monday…
<![if !supportLists]>1. <![endif]>For pick up in the morning, stop would be just outside Baiyappanahalli Metro Station.
<![if !supportLists]>2. <![endif]>For drop in the evening, stop would be near the entry of Vivekananda Metro Station skywalk, adjacent to the Church.
<![if !supportLists]>3. <![endif]>To sync with Metro timings we are deliberating the trip, 5 minutes earlier/ later to the arrival/departure timings of the train.
<![if !supportLists]>4. <![endif]>Monthly pass will cost Rs. 765/-, same will be disbursed along with BTP BMTC Bus passes as per schedule every month.
<![if !supportLists]>5. <![endif]>For the next few days we are making the passes available in the Shuttle vehicle. As trial/compliment first day service can be availed with no charge. Pass will be mandatory from the second day.
<![if !supportLists]>6. <![endif]>Passes of Long/Volvo/Short route will not be permitted for use of Shuttle service and vice versa.
<![if !supportLists]>7. <![endif]>Other regulations of travel will be as per attached Terms conditions of BTP BMTC Service.
<![if !supportLists]>8. <![endif]> SPOC for any queries related to BTP Metro Feeder Service will be Mr. Devaraj - 08970070157. Next level of escalation would be Mr. Rudresh- 9844847701.
Since this service is new, there can be some teething problem initially; but we assure you to improve with experience and provide the best possible service.

On the contrary, introduction of Metro between East west corridor has badly affected registration of BTP BMTC service on this route. As a measure to regulate loss, some of these routes will be cancelled w.e.f 09.05.2016. In doing so we will be stopping service of some buses and changing timings of some (on this route only) and thus ensure that regular commuters are not affected much. Pl find attached revised route list and schedule in this regard FYI. Kindly inform all concerned accordingly…
