Dear All,
As discussed in yesterday’s meeting w.r.t subject matter, status of the bus routes from next month will be as mentioned below…
1) Route no. 43 : No changes.
2) Route no. 36 : No changes.
3) Route no. 8C : First pickup point will be changed from GKW layout to Nagarbhavi Ambedkar College, pickup and drop time will remain same.
4) Route no. 35A : No changes.
5) Route no. 33 & 8B : These two routes will be discontinued. For backup, 36A will be introduced as per details in the attached list..
6) Route no. 36A : Newly introduced to cover both 33 & 8B
7) Route no. 35 : Morning pickup and evening drop time changed.
Pl find attached the changed route plans and timing…
These changes will be effective from 2nd May 2014. Please inform all your associates accordingly.

Dear All,
Ref subject matter…
This is to bring to your notice that, presently there are seven buses (8B, 8C, 33, 35, 35A, 43 and 36) plying towards Vijayanagar, whose net registration is way below considerable numbers (Only 200 against 329 seats). Accordingly, every month, seats equivalent to three buses are plying vacant in these routes. This avertable disbursement has invited serious inquiry from our auditors last month. Basis their findings we are directed to discontinue service of at least two buses with immediate effect...
In view of the same, we hereby invite commuters of the above routes for a discussion on 22.04.2014 (Tuesday) between 1530hrs to 1630hrs at Bagmane office to take a call on which route to discontinue! Kindly make yourself available accordingly.

Please do forward this meeting agenda to all the bus users of this route without fail. Outcome of this meeting would be treated as a final verdict and no claims thereafter would be entertained!
