This is to inform you that, we were in constant touch with BMTC officials as per their information few buses which has left depot in the morning, the same will be operated today in the evening and hence the buses from BTP will be operated only in one timing i.e. 6:00 PM.

All the route buses will not be operating today, hence request you to board the buses which are nearest to your drop point. 

Tomorrow's bus operation will let you know by EOD.

This is to inform you that, the BMTC authorities have confirmed about their union supporting this strike due to which their service will not be available for tomorrow. About the day after we will revert back EOD tomorrow after we get a confirmation from BMTC.

Short route buses will ply as usual except 0730hrs login and 2130hrs logout.

Request all company representatives to confirm on the requirement of BMTC service for any of the Saturdays as mentioned below. This service will be available based on the response.

Kindly be informed that, due to strike called by multiple trade unions on 20^th and 21^st Feb 2013, there are chances of BMTC services getting disrupted. Attached TOI news FYI. We are pushing BMTC authorities to run this service on 21^st Feb at least, about which they have assured that this service would be available unless any violence or untoward incidence. To compensate the loss on 20^th we have proposed BMTC for their service on 23^rd Feb or 2^nd March (being Saturday). Please confirm if the same is essential.

This is to inform you that ,due to increase in diesel price, BMTC has increased their rates by Rs.3/- (11.12%) per KM for long route and Rs 300/- for Volvo pass.  Attached letter from BMTC for your reference. The increased rate will be effective from 1^st of March 2013 onwards. A meeting in this regard is scheduled on 15^th Feb 2013, between 1500 to 1600 hrs at lake view building, 'A' block 8^th floor.

Volvo Route:

To put up with this inflation we have the following options for your consideration and the same will be discussed and best suitable option opted after the meeting

Option 1.                Ordinary bus pass rates will be increased by Rs.220 /- per pass and Volvo rates by Rs. 300/- per pass (rates are proportionate BMTC hike). 

Option 2.                Remove all Volvo busses and run only ordinary buses. If the registration still continues to be same, we can run the show with only 48% relevant hike (@ Rs. 2100/- Inclusive of tax, increase by Rs. 105/- only).

Option 3.                Volvo pass holders will not be allowed to use ordinary BTP buses Service and thus the service charges for Volvo buses will be reduced by Rs. 150/- ( @ Rs. 3300/-  Inclusive of tax).

Option 4.             Volvo pass holders can use both the service (A/C and Ordinary BTP buses) if ready to pay Rs. 4000/- per pass per month of which Rs. 3000/- (Rs. 2850/-pass rate + Rs. 150/- service tax) will be paid to BMTC and the additional Rs. 1000/- is to recompense the charges we are paying for extra seats in ordinary buses.

 Kindly acknowledge with acceptance of the invite so that the meeting room is booked accordingly.

Trans Bagmane has a unique interactive SMS feature (i.e. WhereAreYou), which will help your friends or colleagues know about your current location via SMS. When you enable this option, your friend can send you an SMS with the text as 'BtpWhereareyou'.
