This is to keep you informed that Route No 43 series (43, 43A & 43B) will be renamed as 47, 47A, 47B respectively with effect from 01.06.2015. The change is done due to confusions created between regular BMTC routes of 43 series which also ply in the same area. Pl make note of the same and also inform your co passengers.

Dear All,

This is w.r.t subject matter. Drivers of route no 8 are facing serious trouble in maneuvering the bus between Devarachikkanahalli and Kodichikkanahalli. Same is due to the route being very narrow and full of residences around. Almost every day the bus gets struck and there are fights between the Driver and localities. The road is so narrow that, even a biker cannot swiftly cross when the bus is on this route! Same is a known fact to all the first stop boarding employees. This route was extended on trial basis since April; now that it has become difficult to continue with the prevailing situation, drivers of the route have raised hand to carry on their daily effort. Last week we had also sent our Executive to assess the situation and look for an alternative to reach to Devarachikkanahalli. He too has given a dissenting report.

In view of the above, this route (8) starting point will be changed to Kodichikkanahalli from Devarachikkanahalli w.e.f. 01.06.2015. Around 2-3 employees will be affected about this, we regretted the inconvenience caused to them!

We have not received request for tomorrow's early morning service from any of the companies. Since 6 am is too early for Logging In (pick up starting from as early as 5 am), there are no takers for the below option given by BMTC. In view of the same we will not be operating any bus service on 30.04.2015.

Further update on strike tomorrow…

We are constantly in touch with the BMTC authorities about their functioning on 30^th Apr 2015. As per our latest discussion, they have stated that their service will not be available between 0600hrs and 1800hrs tomorrow. In case very critical/feasible they may extend support before 0600hrs and after 1800hrs!

Pl confirm if you will require this service during the time mentioned above! Pl revert in the next 30 min so that we take action accordingly.

This is w.r.t the subject matter. In view of Bharat Band called by various Transport Organizations, public transport service may be affected on 30.04.2015! BMTC authorities have claimed to run their service as usual unless disruption reported from anywhere. BMTC is still not sure about availability of their service on that day; we will update about the same as soon as we get an update from BMTC!

As per the below mail, we have concluded a meeting yesterday. Accordingly majority of them have proposed/agreed for change in timing of Route No-27 from existing 1900hrs to 1830hrs. There was also a discussion on this journey getting unusually delayed at Bayappanahalli railway gate almost every day! Basis majority voting, we have decided to divert this route via Ulsoor lake directly.

Above changes will be w.e.f 04.05.2015. Kindly inform all concerned accordingly.
