After discussions and repeated meetings with the next Volvo major, it is decided to run 12 volvo routes (in place of 34 earlier) for BTP as per option -2. Details of the same and timings are mentioned in the attached sheet. There still are some vacant seats which are available for individual buyers. Same will be issued on first come first basis. Kindly confirm your interest through mail before 25^th Mar 2013 so that we reserve the seats accordingly.

After reducing the no. of volvo routes there are some minor changes in the route no's of volvo busses/change over to ordinary buses and additional ordinary buses introduced. Kindly make note of the same and get acquainted accordingly. Android users can also check for the update on our application 'Trans Bagmane' in due course of time.  

Revised cost details for all types of Trans Bagmane service are as follows….

Dear All,

This is to bring to your notice that, one of the major Volvo user (Company) has opted for ordinary bus service for their employees from next month onwards. There will be a down fall of around 70% Volvo users in the Tech Park from 1^st of April which is compelling us to stop Volvo service at BTP. As discussed in our meeting on 15^th Feb 2013 this will have an adverse impact on the other users. To overcome the same we have the following options for your choice…

Option 1.         Any company must buy passes for a complete bus dedicatedly and we will run them as per their suggested rout and timing. This will cost Rs. 1,35,300/- per bus @ Rs. 3300/- per pass including service tax. In this case commuters cannot avail facilities of ordinary bus service at BTP but can make use of the pass for any Volvo bus in Bangalore other than BIA and other tech park bus.

Option 2.         In case if the commuters wish to avail both Volvo as well Ordinary bus service, then we would book some fixed no. of buses and ply them like earlier. In such case the cost of each pass will be Rs. 4500/- including tax and the routing and timing will be based on voting from Volvo pass holders.  Here too commuters can  make use of this pass for any Volvo bus in Bangalore other than BIA and other tech park bus.

Pl note: Choice of rout and timing of Volvo service will not be like earlier.

Kindly revert with your choice by 8^th of this month so that we take forward a conclusion with BMTC and ensure implementation from 1^st of next month.

This is to inform you that, we were in constant touch with BMTC officials as per their information few buses which has left depot in the morning, the same will be operated today in the evening and hence the buses from BTP will be operated only in one timing i.e. 6:00 PM.

All the route buses will not be operating today, hence request you to board the buses which are nearest to your drop point. 

Tomorrow's bus operation will let you know by EOD.

This is to inform you that, the BMTC authorities have confirmed about their union supporting this strike due to which their service will not be available for tomorrow. About the day after we will revert back EOD tomorrow after we get a confirmation from BMTC.

Short route buses will ply as usual except 0730hrs login and 2130hrs logout.

Request all company representatives to confirm on the requirement of BMTC service for any of the Saturdays as mentioned below. This service will be available based on the response.

Kindly be informed that, due to strike called by multiple trade unions on 20^th and 21^st Feb 2013, there are chances of BMTC services getting disrupted. Attached TOI news FYI. We are pushing BMTC authorities to run this service on 21^st Feb at least, about which they have assured that this service would be available unless any violence or untoward incidence. To compensate the loss on 20^th we have proposed BMTC for their service on 23^rd Feb or 2^nd March (being Saturday). Please confirm if the same is essential.
