Dear All,

Below is the final understanding after discussion/meeting on the subject matter. Request all concerned to make note of the same and follow.

1)      Pickup and drop for route no. 6 will be as per the new route map shared in our earlier mail, this includes two more drop points.

2)      Route no. 6C will be discontinued.

3)      Route no. 2C will be discontinued and in case of over occupancy (standing) existing 2+2 seater will be replaced with 3+2 seater.

This is to bring to your notice that, due to insufficient registration for route no. 6 and 2, we will not able to run all the four buses in each route hence forth. It is here by requested to all relevant users and their reps to attend to a meeting planned on 26^th at 1400hrs at Bagmane, Lakeview office. Also Pl make a note that there are certain proposed corrections in route no 6 (attached xls for your reference).

Dear All,

On account of Deepawali many companies are not working on 13^th of November, only 4 companies are working. So we are not operating all the routes, there will be 1 pickup (Only non Volvo buses) in the morning and 1 drop in the evening i.e. 5:30 PM. Only for that day we have change the timings of some route, so please keep all the employees informed properly.

12^th November and 14^th November buses will be operating as usually.

Please refer the attached route list.

Note: These changes will be only on the day of 13^th November 2012.

Hi ALL,

                     Please send us the required Volvo bus pass details for the month of November.

Once if you take the pass, it can neither be transferred nor refunded.

Please send us the exact count of the passes required,  as we can't get the passes again and again.

As informed earlier BMTC are strictly monitoring, they have informed the Driver/Conductor to check the bus passes regularly in case if BMTC finds an employee travelling without pass then the respective Driver/Conductor will be penalized.

No reasons (have left the pass in office or home, yet to collect from office, I was on long leave etc…)  are accepted and if the employees call us also we cannot do any needful to the employees.

We kindly request you to strongly instruct the employees to buy their Volvo passes before 1^st November and to carry the passes with them always when they are using Volvo buses.

Note : This is for them who have not sent us the details yet, those who have already provided the details no need of sending it again.

Dear All,

This is to inform you that, due to an increase in diesel rates BMTC have increased the rates by Rs. 4/- per KM for long route. Hence the bus pass rates will be increased by Rs.295 /- per pass, Volvo rates will be increased by Rs. 300/- per pass and short routes will be increased by 13%.  Hence the bus pass rate will be increased by Rs. 144/- per pass. The increased rate will be effective from 1^st of November 2012 onwards. For your reference please find the attached letter from BMTC.
