In continuation to the below proposals, we would be introducing/making relevant changes in various routes. Details of change is as mentioned in the attached xls. Kindly make note of the same and inform all concerned.

Every time we share such information about any change in our operations to company SPOCS, next day we get calls from many users about not being aware of the same. So request all coordinators to ensure that the message is reached to every user of their respective company without fail!

Pl Note:                Introduction of Shuttle Service will be confirmed by 26.02.2016.

Below points FYI and necessary consideration…

<![if !supportLists]>1.       <![endif]>Lately most of the employees are preferring to leave their office little early due to heavy traffic post 1700hrs. We have come across proposal/suggestion from many commuters for proponing the first Logout timings. In view of the same; we will be logging out our 1^st batch of Long route and Volvo buses at 1700hrs instead of 1715hrs w.e.f 01.03.2016.

<![if !supportLists]>2.       <![endif]>Reasoning the same there will be change (propone by 5-10min) in timings of few routes in the morning (Login) also, w.e.f. 01.03.2016; details of which will be shared by 10^th of this month thru mail.

<![if !supportLists]>3.       <![endif]>In view of commuters demand and inconvenience to many in some areas, we will be introducing 2-3 additional buses in such affected routes from 01.03.2016. Details of the same would be shared to all by mid Feb.  

<![if !supportLists]>4.       <![endif]>Taking Metro commuters and Old Airport connectivity into consideration, we are planning to introduce Shuttle service from Baiyappanahalli Metro and HAL Market to BTP w.e.f 01.03.2016 on trial basis. This will be priced at Rs. 750/- per month. Presently this service will be available every 40 minutes between 0800hrs 1200hrs in the morning and between 1600hrs to 2000hrs in the evening separately from both points. Frequency/additional trip can be introduced depending on demand in future. Interested employees can revert to this mail for more details!

Note:    Long Route/Volvo/Short Route passes will not be valid for Shuttle service. Pl do not come back with any such queries/request.

This is to keep you informed that, there are some change in BTP route no. 35, 20F and introduction of new route 43 and 45.

Introduction of new routes…

Route No 43 and 45                                     :               To cover areas covered by 40, 36 and 38 series.

Change in following Long route…

Route no. 35                                       :          Route diversion proposed. (This route will not go to KHB colony, Kamakshipalya, Summanahalli, Sunkadakatte, Anjananagar, Byadarahalli and Gollarahatti). Alternative route (BTP-45) covering these areas.

Route no. 20F                                     :           Evening drop time will be changed. (proposal from the users).

Xls with change in timings and routes are attached for ready reference.

These changes will be effective from 1^st of Feb 2016.
