D/a,

Kindly be informed that there would be some changes in the departure (Logout) timings of route no-5 w.e.f 05.01.2015. Same is in line with proposals received during the meeting held on 10.12.2014. Accordingly 1800hrs logout would be prescheduled at 1730hrs.

We have received different opinions for 5B- presently scheduled at 1900hrs. Some of you were Ok with existing 1900hrs, some had proposals of 1830hrs and some were suggesting for 1930 hrs.

As discussed during the meeting we here by invite all the route no-5 users for voting of a suitable time in the below mentioned format. Kindly fill in your details in the below table and forward to us by EOD tomorrow so that we take a call on timing agreed by majority.

This is to keep you inform that, there will be some changes in BTP route no. 6B, 6A, 35A, and 9, route no. 36B, 33, 45 and 9A newly introducing and route no. 43 will be discontinued.

Route no. 6B, 6A & 35A: Morning pickup time will be changed.

Route No. 9: Evening drop time and route will be diverted via Sahakar nagar police out post.

Route no. 33: We are newly introducing this route for Malleshwaram as a backup for route no. 34.

Route no. 36B: This route number will be changed from 43 to 36B.

Route no. 45: We are newly introducing this route for Basaveshwaranagar as a backup for route no. 6 series buses.

Route no. 9A: Newly introducing this route for Thindlu route as a backup for route no. 9 and 11 series buses.

Route no. 43: This route will be discontinued from next month and as a backup route no. 36B will be newly introduced.

The change in timings and routes are attached.

Dear All,

This is to inform you that on account of Deepavali on 23^rd and 24^th of October 2014 many companies have holiday and only some companies are working on both the days at BTP. So we are not operating all the routes on these days. There will be 1 pickup in the morning and 1 drop in the evening (only at 1800hrs).

Short route buses will have login at 0900hrs and logout at 1730hrs and 1900hrs on both the days.

Volvo buses will not operate on 23rd of October 2014, on 24th of Oct these buses will operate as usual.

On 22nd of October 2014, all the BTP buses will operate as usual.

Please find the route list attached herewith for ready reference.

Please Note:    There will be no changes in routes on 22^nd October 2014. These changes are only for 23^rd & 24^th of October 2014.

This is to inform you that, the BTP buses will not be operating on 2^nd of October 2014 on account of Gandhi Jayanthi.

On account of Ayudha pooja  on 3^rd of October 2014 many companies have holiday and only some companies are working. So we are not operating all the routes on 3rd October 2014, there will be only 1 pickup in the morning and 1 drop in the evening (at 1730hrs).
