Subject: Changes for the month of Aug 2014 (rout no. 9, 11, 26 & 34)
Dear All,
Based on the data, collected for last 4 days, it is decided that is 11B would be discontinued from the 1st of next month. Accordingly changes in the remaining routes would be as mentioned below.
Ø Route no. 11: No Changes.
Ø Route no. 11B: This route will be discontinued.
Ø Route no. 9: This route will be diverted via Kammanahalli east point college for the evening trip (1830hrs logout instead of 1840hrs) and there will be no changes in the morning trip.
Ø Route no. 11A: Morning pickup timings will be pre-ponded by 5 min.
Ø Route no. 26: No changes in the evening trip, morning pickup will be re-introducing.
Ø Route no. 34: There are regular requests for extension of route no. 34 from Nandini Layout to Laggere bridge ring road bus stop and the same is extend till Laggere bridge with effect from next month onwards.
The changed route list is attached with.
This changes will be effective from 1st of August 2014. Please inform all your associates of the same.

Dear All,
Ref subject matter…
This is to bring to your notice that, presently there are Four buses (11, 11A, 11B and 9) plying towards Hebbala Outer ring road (Banaswadi, Babusab palya, Nagawara and Hebbala) whose net registration is way below required numbers (Only 120 against 183 seats). Consequently, every month, seats equivalent to two buses (including route no. 26) are plying unoccupied and thus causing huge loss!
In view of the same, to optimize occupancy rate of these routes, we invite commuters of the above routes for discussion on 17.07.2014 (Thursday) between 1500hrs to 1600hrs at Bagmane office to decide on which route to discontinue! Kindly make yourself available accordingly.
Dear reps,
Please do forward this meeting agenda to all the bus users of this route without fail. Outcome of this meeting would be treated as a final verdict and no claims thereafter would be entertained!
