Dear All,

This is to keep you inform that, there will be some changes in BTP route no. 2C, 3, 3A, 3B, 4, 4A, 4B, 5, 5A, 6A, 10, 10A, 10B, 11A, 11B, 21, 21A, 27B, 30, 33, 38, 43, and all Short routes.

Route no. 2C: Morning pickup and evening drop time will be changed.

Route no. 3: Morning pickup time will be changed.

Route no. 3A: This route will be discontinued from 1^st July onwards (required alternative have been done in route no. 3, 3B & 39).

Route no. 3B: Morning pickup and evening drop time will be changed.

Route no. 4 & 4A: Morning pickup time will be changed.

Route no. 4B: There will changes in route for both morning pickup and evening drop.

Route no. 5: Morning pickup time will be changed.

Route no. 5A: Morning pickup will be cancelled (this route will be available only for drop @ 6:30 PM).

Route no. 6A There will changes in route for both morning pickup and evening drop.

 Route no. 10, 10A & 10B: Morning pickup time will be changed.

Route no. 11A & 11B: These two routes will be inter changed for the morning pickup.

Route no. 21: Morning pickup will be cancelled (this route available only for drop @ 5:30 PM). Route no. 21A will starts at 7:30 AM at the first point instead of route no. 21, (7:50 AM pickup will not be available from 1^st July onwards).

Route no. 21A: Morning pickup time will be changed.

Route no. 27B: Morning pickup time will be changed.

Route no. 30: This route will be discontinued from 1^st July onwards (due to usage is very poor).

Route no. 33: Morning pickup time and route will be changed.

Route no. 38: Evening drop time will be changed.

Route no. 43: Morning pickup route will be changed.

Short routes: Morning pickup timings will be changed for route no. 12 and 18 for 2015hrs and the drop time will be postponed to 2030hrs.

The change in timings and routes are attached.

This changes will be effective from 1^st of July 2013. Please inform all your associates of the same.

Dear All,

                          This is to inform you that, we are regularly getting complaints from some of the routes stating that the employees are not waiting for the bus at the official boarding point as  mentioned in the attached route list. This noncompliance is observed more from new joiners. As it will be very difficult for the driver to stop the bus in the middle and it leads to traffic congestions and delay of the bus as well, henceforth all the drivers have been instructed not to entertain stops other than the actual designated.

So we kindly request the employees to follow only the route list pickup point and there will be no additional stops given.

Please do circulate this mail to all the BTP bus users without fail.

Dear All,

Below were requests raised by various commuters w.r.t different routes for consideration. Same will be taken up in the meeting that is scheduled on 15^th May 2013 between 1430hrs to 1600hrs at Our Lake View Office. Request all users and company reps to be available accordingly.

1)       There are 3 buses of route no 10 series, passing via AECS layout of which one can be looked into approaching straight not taking diversion for AECS layout.

2)       There are 4 buses for drop on Gottigere route at  1715hrs, 1730hrs, 1830hrs and 1930hrs respectively, of which 1715hrs bus is requested to be postponed to 1800hrs.

3)       There are request for diversion of  one bus of route no 4 series towards Raghuvanahalli (kanakapura road).

4)       There are 02 short route and 01 long route bus passing thru Hoodi Circle ( R-18-0825hrs,R-18-1000hrs and BTP-30-0847 hrs) for pick up and 01 Long route and 03 short route (BTP-30-1715hrs, R-18-1730hrs, R-18-1900hrs and R-18-2015hrs). Since the short route buses are not able to make their trips in time due to heavy traffic, it is proposed to add one long rout bus at suitable time instead.

D/a,

Here is an interesting incidence of forgery that we would want to bring to your notice. Attached are photographs of two identical BTP bus passes of which one is duplicate and other original. Pass with open petals showing white paper in between is a color Xerox used by an employee who has forged using pass of another employee of another company. (Second such incidence from one of the companies) This issue is taken up strongly with management of both the companies and disciplinary action recommended. In case of repetition there are chances of not issuing any passes to these respective companies anytime in future.

Above is FYI.

Pl note:          Hence forth any Bagmane employee/ security team/ driver or conductor at any time can check for your pass, so kindly oblige accordingly. Also in case at any given point in time, any passenger has doubt on any other employee about his or her travelling without pass/invalid pass kindly send a message on my no. immediately.

Kindly be informed that, the road towards JP Nagar 6^th phase from Anjanapura at Kanakapura Rd Sarakki signal  was blocked due to Metro construction work for almost 8-10 months now. Same is opened a couple days back and the bus service in this route for Login will resume its usual course w.e.f 06.05.2013.

Please keep all your employees informed about the same.

Dear All,

This is to inform you that, as there is some small changes in route no. 206. After cancelling the route no. 20A there will be no buses at 6:30 PM from BTP to Madiwala Maruthi nagar. Since we are diverting the route no. 206 via Madiwala Maruthi nagar instead of via silk board (route no. 2B is already there at 6:30 PM for silk board employees). Please keep all your employees informed about the same.

This changes will be effective from Monday i.e. 6^th May 2013 evening drop onwards.
