Dear All,

You are requested to attend meeting on 18^th July 2011, to discuss with regard to the Short routes. We have planned to remove one pickup (7:30AM) and one drop (9:30 PM). Since we will be introducing BMTC buses for the short routes. So kindly attend the meeting without fail.

Venue: Bagmane Groups, Lake view building, ‘A’ block, 8^th floor

Time: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Subject: Increase in the rate of Short & Long route bus passes.

Dear All,

This is to inform you that, due to an increase in diesel rates BMTC have increased the rates by 4.55%. Hence the bus pass rates will be increased by Rs.70 /- and short routes will be increased by 15.3%.  Hence the bus pass rate will be increased by Rs. 100/-. The increased rate will be effective from 1^st of August 2011.

Long Route:

Current bus pass rate	Service Tax 10.3% on 40% of pass	Total
1550.00	64	1615 (rounded of)

New bus pass rate	Service Tax 10.3% on 40% of pass	Total
1620.00	67	1685 (rounded of)

Short Route:

Current bus pass rate	Service Tax 10.3% on 40% of pass	Total
911.00	38.00	950.00 (rounded of)

New bus pass rate	Service Tax 10.3% on 40% of pass	Total
1011.00	42	1050 (rounded of)

Display bus pass to the driver

While boarding the bus employees should display their bus-pass to the drivers (on all BTP operated buses).

Note: The employee will not be allowed to board the bus without valid bus passes.

Dear All,

Please keep your associates inform that, while boarding the bus employees should display their bus-pass to the drivers (on all BTP operated buses). Showing bus-pass to driver is mandatory, please don’t expect the driver to ask for the pass, instead commuters are requested to voluntarily show the pass to the driver without fail. As we have instructed the drivers to check the passes, so ask your employees to co operate with the drivers. If they have any problem with the drivers feel free to contact us and not to argue with the drivers.

Note: The employee will not be allowed to board the bus without valid bus passes.
